RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility

League World accepts return requests only where:

  • The product was received damaged or defective;

  • The incorrect product was supplied by League World; or

  • The product materially differs from the item ordered.

Returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, preference changes, or other customer-related reasons are generally not eligible for return or refund.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

All requests must be emailed to:

Return requests submitted after 7 calendar days may be rejected.


How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email cs@league.co.id with:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Contact details

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the product and issue

Products must not be returned without prior written approval from League World.

Any product returned without an approved return authorisation may be refused and returned to the customer.


Condition of Returned Products

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, products must be returned:

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

  • With all accessories included

  • In clean, unused and resalable condition

Products showing signs of:

  • Wear or use

  • Washing

  • Damage after delivery

  • Alteration or modification

  • Missing packaging, tags or accessories

may be rejected or may qualify only for a partial refund.

League World reserves the right to determine the condition of all returned products following inspection. Such assessment shall be final.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is approved due to:

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Product damage prior to delivery

  • Incorrect item supplied by League World

all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

League World is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.

Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping service.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund:

  • Clearance products discounted by 40% or more

  • Sale items discounted by 40% or more

  • Gift cards

  • Products purchased during special promotions where exclusions are stated

  • Products damaged through misuse, negligence or improper care

  • Products showing signs of wear, use, washing or alteration


Exchanges

League World does not guarantee product exchanges.

Any exchange request is subject to:

  • Product inspection

  • Stock availability

  • Approval by League World

Where replacement stock is unavailable, League World may offer a refund or store credit at its sole discretion.


Refund Approval

Refunds will only be considered after:

  1. The returned product has been received;

  2. The product has been inspected; and

  3. The return has been approved by League World.

Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval of a refund.


Refund Method

Where possible, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If a refund cannot reasonably be processed to the original payment method, League World may require the customer to provide details of a verified bank account held in the customer's name.

League World reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify account ownership.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

Additional delays may occur due to banks, payment providers or financial institutions and are outside League World's control.


Right to Refuse Returns

League World reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange or refund request where:

  • The request does not comply with this policy;

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected;

  • The returned product is not in acceptable condition;

  • Insufficient evidence is provided to support the claim; or

  • The product is not returned within the timeframe specified by League World.
